2010 / 2011 Crossfit Goals

Paleo eating 80 % of my meals (improve zone eating with measuring and weighing)

10% or less body fat

Compete in a crossfit event. (hopper or some event)

cross fit total – over 900

Pull ups- 25 in a row

Bench Press – 315 lbs

Deadlift  = 400 lbs

complete majority of wods rx’d

continued technical work on olympic lifts

establish base line on all named work outs

Needs the most work

become proficient in double unders

become proficient in overhead squat

become proficient in hand stand push ups

increase overall flexibility
