Roy kicked my ass. This was the worst wod performance I have done in quite some time. It was awful, scaled the dead-lift to 205lbs and scaled the pull-ups to 15 per round, i made it through all sets of the dead-lifts, and box jumps and didn’t finish the last round of pull-ups due to an aching shoulder. I should have done better, this will just be motivation for next time. It was a hero WOD and Roy I will work to do this better and better until I can attempt it RX’d and complete it.
