2 Rounds 50 Jumping pull-ups 40 KB Swings (1.5/1) 30 DB Push-press (55/30) 20 Burpees 10 Clean and Jerk (135/95) kb swing, i did with 45 lb kettle bell push press done with 45lbs 115lbs clean and jerk 22:30 total time. This work out was brutal.
