So while doing the snatch work and I had the bar over head I did an OHS. First 95lbs previous pr, then 115lbs new pr, then again at 135lbs, didnt try to go higher than that, but feel I probably could. A 40 pound pr is a good thing though! Snatch Establish a new 1 [...]
