21-15-9 Thrusters and Pull-Ups  95lbs. 7:00 flat. Super excited to finish this one Rx’d and super excited it didnt take 10:00 minutes. Seven was brutal enough. Shoulder Press 3 x 3 x 3 165lbs  170lbs  175 lbs x 2  failed on the third rep, due to inadequate breathing.. Tabata Fran – really someone thought this was a good idea 8 rounds of thrusters and pull ups (16 work sets) 102 reps… 75lb thrusters.

Still can not do double unders. This is getting frustrating…. On a good note pull-ups are getting stronger again.. Was able to do all the recon ron pull-ups strict.. 7-6-5-4-4.
