Push Press 3-3-3-3-3 155 lbs 165 lbs 175 lbs 155 lbs 155 lbs 30-20-10 DB Snatch (45/30) Sit-ups Box Jumps 6:41 – 40 lbs weight (no 45lbs left) Box jumps were great.. my sit ups are still slow.. need to get faster in doing them.
